August Sunday (Holy Post) Stick Art #82315
This stick art couple is appropriate for a Sunday post. Very holy!
As they dance and embrace I can almost hear them say. “You make me whole”.
My stick sculpture is going in a whole new direction.
Possibly a more holistic approach to practicing my art.
“Hold me close” the dancers whispered.
“Hello, 911? I’d like to report a couple involved in a hold up!”.
Hold it, stop, this is getting ridiculous.
Seriously, I don’t really know why I filled this stick sculpture with holes, but it still floats!
Maybe a whole month of stick art posts is getting to me!
If you line your eye up just right you can see through the whole sculpture.

I visited some of your posts before and enjoyed your stick sculptures – these holey ones are great and loved yoir quirky post about them 🙂 Are you taking them around town / different locations so we can see them in different settings? That’s a lot to ask I know 😉 thanks for sharing 😀

Thanks Colette B! That is a good thought about changing the settings. Usually when a piece is finished a photo is taken in the nearest reasonable setting. It is really about keeping a record before sending them off to be sold. Blogging has opened me to possibly of doing more marketing and selling directly. More images in more settings/locations would be helpful for that. Thank you for your comment and visits. 🙂

Great pics anyway, i enjoy seeing them in their immediate settings too – it could generate some public interest if you were setting up your shots in public places – and as long as they’re ‘not for sale’ while you do so you don’t need a license – you’re just making a fun blog post! And you might have to be careful about issuing ‘free printed material’ in some places too – handwritten prepared contact details prepped in advance and you’re safe – carbon paper comes in handy for those sometimes too 🙂 Have a great day and thanks for reply
