Wall Mobile

Black circle mobile hanging from wall not ceiling.

Discovering that some people don’t like to hang things from their ceilings should not have surprised me. Ceilings are a little more difficult to work with than walls. The wall mobile solves that problem.                                                   OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Extra: In response to a comment from a viewer, here is a picture of the glow-in-the-dark mobile (not glowing in the dark). This is a very light mobile so the wires are very thin. They are all 18 gauge steel.

Thank you, Chris. Where do you start the balancing act, the top or the bottom? Also, my eyes did not get the difference between ceiling and wall mobiles. Could you park a child or some object nearby to show the perspective? I can’t figure out how it is attached to the wall. Love your blog.

Start with the bottom. The contrast of the white wall and white ceiling is hard to see. That is how it was hung at the show it was in and it sold that day. I think it is the only picture I have of it. Next time there will be better photos! It is fastened to the wall on the back of the largest circle with the holes in it. Thanks for the comment.
